Refunds & Cancellations

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange beyond this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items returned due to a change of mind must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns are also accepted if you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and may occasionally request photographic evidence. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid labels.

Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact us. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

- Your item arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your item doesn't arrive within 60 days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at support@perfectpawstore.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, please repurchase the correct size and contact us for a discount code to offset the shipping costs. Please send a picture of your order for the discount code. Requests for replacements are valid for 14 days from receipt.

Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, such as selecting the wrong variant or adjusting the quantity, please email us at support@perfectpawstore.com. Reducing the number of items is considered a partial cancellation. Any changes resulting in a lower order value will be treated as a partial cancellation, which is only permitted for specific reasons.

Disclaimer

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and do not affect your statutory rights to a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period.

We share your Order Tracking Number, Courier Name, and Transaction Number with a service provider called Proveway Uptrack, which synchronizes and verifies the shipping details with payment gateways. Shipping Policy

Best Buddy Buys ("we" and "us") operates the website https://bestbuddybuys.com ("Website"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of our service expectations.

Shipping Costs

- Express Shipping: $13 USD to the USA, $14 AUD to Australia, $14 CAD to Canada, or FREE during temporary sales.
- Priority Processing: $1.99 USD, $1.99 AUD, $1.99 CAD. This option can expedite your order by up to 24 hours, depending on the number of orders on the day of your purchase.

Delivery Terms

Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time
We ship from various countries to expedite delivery. Processing may take up to 3 days unless priority processing is selected. Shipping times may be affected by factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearances.

- US Express Shipping: 8-10 business days, up to 15 business days with processing.
- Canada Express Shipping: 8-10 business days, up to 15 business days with processing.
- Australia Express Shipping: 8-10 business days, up to 15 business days with processing.

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Change Of Delivery Address

Address changes can be made at any time before dispatch.

P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses via USPS.

Items Out Of Stock
Out-of-stock items will be canceled and refunded, and the rest of the order will be dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us to investigate.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow their shipment's progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If you receive a damaged parcel without being present, contact customer service for further instructions.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments are pre-paid, with no additional fees due upon arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier's stated value.
